Help & Support
Help with camera permission, capture, AI and Pose. Please do not email original photos.
Taking a photo without adjusting settings
- Open the camera and take a photo. Tap AI to adjust focus and brightness, or Pose for a pose idea. Use the sliders button at the top for scenes and the grid.
- Undo an AI adjustment or dismiss a tip anytime. AI and Pose are free and work offline. You can also press the shutter straight away.
Camera will not open
- Allow camera access for Snaply in your phone’s system settings. If it still does not open, close and reopen the app.
- Capture needs camera permission. Snaply does not request access to read your photo library.
Save and review the current capture
- Press the shutter to save a capture. With saving permission, it is added to system Photos; an app copy remains if that fails. iOS needs only permission to add photos, without full library access.
- The lower-left preview shows the latest capture from this camera session or one unsaved photo recovered after a restart. Retry saving or export to Files before taking another photo. Use system Photos for older photos; Snaply does not scan, classify or delete existing photos.
Cloud guidance failed or reached its limit
- Current native AI and Pose do not use cloud allowances. The limits below apply only to older versions using optional cloud guidance; regular capture remains available after a failure.
- Free includes up to 3 attempts per day and Snaply Pro up to 50, resetting by UTC date. Each request is counted before the model call, including failed requests. Try again after the next UTC day if the allowance is used up.
Subscriptions, anonymous identity, and deletion
- Snaply does not require email registration, but cloud guidance or a subscription uses a Firebase anonymous identity. For subscription help or a request to delete cloud identity data, copy the Support ID in Settings and include it in your email. Do not send original photos. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription.
- Manage a subscription or request a refund through the Google Play or App Store account used for purchase.
